5 Day Quick Cleanse

5 Day Colon Cleanse comes in easy-to-swallow capsules. At first I was worried it would keep me locked in the toilet, but it actually helps me stay regular. These promote gentle intestinal cleansing without having any after-effects. I took them with a light dinner early to avoid being affected by them during the work day.

Gentle ingredients offer a more comfortable way to achieve the same results than some more drastic solutions (yes, I've tried them all, and no better results, just more discomfort). The bottle contains enough for 2-3 complete cleanings depending on the amount you take. I followed the recommendation to take two capsules this time. In the future, I might try using just one capsule per day to see if it gives similar results.

I wanted to be able to experience this feeling without difficult preparation. These gentle ingredients are a simple way to give me a much more pleasant experience while feeling lighter, less bloated and miserable. There is enough to do 3 complete cleanings. Since it's been a while, I used 2 capsules as suggested, but I think I might not wait as long next time to see if 1 capsule a day will work just as well.
