5 Day Quick Cleanse Supplement

5 Day Colon Cleanse comes in easy-to-swallow capsules. At first I was worried it would keep me locked in the toilet, but it actually helps me stay regular. These promote gentle intestinal cleansing without having any after-effects. I took them with a light dinner early to avoid being affected by them during the work day.

Since it's been a while, I used 2 capsules as suggested, but I think I might not wait as long next time to see if 1 capsule a day will work just as well.
